- Once you are signed in CircleHD portal, you can click on “My Content” in the left Menu.
- This will list all Videos you have uploaded until date. Next to the Video Content that you need to update, there is “Edit” drop down selection. Select “Edit” option in the drop down list. This will load the Edit Page for the Video as shown below.
- Below the video, you will notice “Add+” option next to “Closed Captioning” text. Click “Add+”. This will load the caption form popup window.
- Select Language of subtitle from the drop-down.
- Click on “Choose File” to select file from your device. This file needs to be in SRT or VTT format.
